Shown is the meta-analysis of the determined alpha/beta-values in wild-type (ONS76, UW228-3, DAOY, D283, D425) and the genetically modified (ONS76/UW228-3 with mCherry/MYC) subgroup performed with the excel plugin MetaXL (V5.3). In both groups, no significant difference can be observed. Both display a high mean alpha/beta-ratio (11.01 +/- 5.78 and 13.56 +/- 3.34, respectively)
